[  ]   $9 --  Gets you full registration codes for both Yipe! I and II for Windows.

[  ]   Add $2 if you live in the United Sates and would like to receive a floppy
              disk in the mail with whatever you order.
[  ]   Add $3 if you live outside the United States and would like the disk.
